What's Wrong With Me?

Thursday, 4:10 p.m.-4:17 p.m., 17th May 2012 by Jenn

With my anxiety,
I fought with me;
People are scolding,
The imperfect me.

My existence,
My presence;
What's wrong with me?
Why is there so much cruelty?

Passion,
A mansion;
Do I cry to release tension?
Do I regret for obsession?

In whatever I do,
It seems wrong to you;
Let the rain fall on me as I thank you in me,
I feel like leaving this world and faraway flee.

Take me,
I'm ready;
Hit me,
I'm sorry.

Promo Pewarna Tarianku - Official Teaser Release, edited 14 May

Synopsis:

A mixed marriage of a Christian and Muslim couple, Marina and Mehrajah, who had been married for 3 years but Marina, who was frequently being abused by Mehrajah until she experienced a miscarriage of their first child that made her decide to leave him or in other words, seek for a divorce. In the end, she had liberated from the wrong man and she would not want to remarry again for the sake of her age (early 30s, a typical mindset, where some women think that they should be married when they have reached their late 20s) because her unborn baby had colored her life.

I Keep My Baby

Written originally by Jennifer Soh Li Wen, 8th May 2012, 12:29 a.m.-12:40 a.m., Penang

I was sleeping,
I was dreaming;
I was delivering,
I was cutting,
I was keeping,
I was masturbating;
I was gasping,
I was pinking,
My baby was coming,
My baby was crying;
My baby was searching,
My baby was waiting,
I was looking,
I was milking;
I was drying,
I was dreaming.

Wrong

Written originally by Jennifer Soh Li Wen, 8th May 2012, Tuesday, 12:09 a.m.-12:27 a.m., Edited at 10:39 a.m., Penang.

Stepping into this world,
As a little girl;
Of all the social and mingle,
Of all the fur and blur,
You came into my turf,
Wondering where to surf;
When the bubble bursts,
You're not the first,
Keep your shirt,
I don't need your dirt;
Stop your flirt,
Go and find your second and third,
I don't need your bird,
I can't be your girl;
Stop being an SMSer,
I'm tired of being the silent receiver,
Go and get a girl better,
I'm not your bread and butter;
No words to mutter,
Enough of your love letter,
I've spoken to the elder,
There was no approval;
Nights are getting colder,
I rest in sober,
You're not my double,
You're not my couple;
You don't make me bolder,
You don't make me taller,
You're just a sweet talker,
You're playing with my fire;
It does not get you higher,
It brings you lower,
*Sigh*
I'm tired of this lie,
You're just the wrong guy;
You showed up the wrong time,
We've lived in the wrong life.

The Reason you're Born is for me to Love you

Written originally by Jennifer Soh Li Wen, Unsure of whether it was on 1st or 2nd May 2012, 2:38 a.m.-break-9:24 a.m., Should be in K.L.

Red, white,
Shining bright;
From daylight,
We stayed till night.

We laughed,
We danced;
Until she cried,
Tears not dried.

As long as you're here,
I know that hope's near;
There's nothing to fear,
You're in my heart, dear.

The reason you're born,
Is for me to love you;
In all I do,
I make sure you're not torn.

Although we're gonna be apart,
I'll start crossing from the mark;
I knew right from the start,
You're the one who made the love spark.

This isn't the end,
I just want to be fair;
For you to comprehend,
She must also be there.

Take care of her,
Love her;
As a brother and a sister,
Relationship like water.

I love you both so much,
From my bone to stone;
As thick as starch,
I'll see you on the telephone.
